MDM Trouble Report for 2007 Jun 8

Telescope: 2.4m

Problem(s) Encountered:
Twice during the night we had a problem with the telescope.  
While guiding, the star was quickly moved out of the box
by a few arcseconds 
and the telescope would become unresponsive to the hand paddle.
The problem could only be resolved by quitting the MIS window 
(using kill -9) and reinitializing the MIS.
